TK-Col 16/10 Ni FF (NTA)

TA-Ni FF (NTA) metal chelating chromatography medium is a kind of affinity chromatography medium that pre-chelates metal ion Ni²⁺ on agarose gel with NTA as the ligand, which has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, good selectivity, easy to regenerate, and low cost, etc. It is widely used in the downstream of the separation and purification of proteins and peptides in biopharmaceutical and bioengineering, especially for the high-efficiency purification of histidine-labeled proteins.

TK-Col 16/10 Ni FF preloaded columns are ready-to-use affinity chromatography columns packed with TA-Ni FF medium in TK-EC 16/20 chromatographic columns.
