TH-Q is a strong anion exchange medium formed by coupling quaternary ammonium groups to highly rigid agarose microspheres. Compared to TA-IEX FF, it exhibits higher dynamic loading capacity under high flow rate conditions. The matrix used in this medium is highly cross-linked, extremely rigid agarose, which is suitable for high flow rate operations. It exhibits stable physical and chemical properties, and during purification and regeneration processes, the medium's loading capacity and performance are unaffected by external buffer solutions, making it more suitable for large-scale industrial production.

  • Matrix Highly Rigid Agarose
  • Functional Group Quaternary ammonium
  • Separation Mode Ion Exchange
  • Avg. Particle Size 90µm
  • Max. Pressure 0.5MPa
  • pH Range 2-12
  • Cross Reference Cytiva Capto Q
