TH-DEAE is a weak anion exchange medium formed by coupling diethylaminoethyl to highly rigid agarose microspheres, which has a higher dynamic loading under high flow rate conditions compared to TA-IEX FF. The medium uses a highly cross-linked matrix of very rigid agarose, can adapt to high-flow rate operation, physical and chemical stability, in the process of purification and cleaning and regeneration, the medium's load and the performance of the external buffer is not affected, more suitable for large-scale industrialized production.

  • Matrix Highly Rigid Agarose
  • Functional Group Diethylaminoethyl
  • Separation Mode Ion Exchange
  • Avg. Particle Size 90µm
  • Max. Pressure 0.5MPa
  • pH Range 2-9
  • Cross Reference Cytiva Capto DEAE
