TD-LH20 is modified with hydroxypropyl group on the basis of dextran gel TD-G25. The introduction of hydroxypropyl group makes the medium hydrophilic and lipophilic at the same time, and it can be used with organic solvents as the mobile phase, which is suitable for the separation and purification of the active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, as well as for the fine purification of antibiotics and chemical drugs. The separation principle combines the features of gel filtration, partition chromatography and adsorption chromatography, and is capable of separating molecules with very close structures.
