TD-CM25 is a weak cation exchange medium formed by coupling carboxymethyl on cross-linked dextran microspheres. It retains the excellent hydrophilicity and pore structure of natural polysaccharide compounds, and has excellent compatibility and very low non-specific adsorption of biologically active molecules. TD-CM25 is prepared on the basis of TD-G25, which has an extremely high loading capacity for small molecules, and is well suited for the isolation and purification of substances such as antibiotics and natural products. This chromatography medium is not suitable for loading into fixed-bed chromatography columns because of the large change in column bed volume in different buffers.
