TA-Phenyl HP hydrophobic medium has a highly cross-linked agarose base frame, which retains the excellent hydrophilicity and pore structure of natural polysaccharide compounds, and has excellent compatibility with biomolecules. TA-Phenyl HP has an average particle size of 34 μm, which has a high resolution efficiency compared with TA-Phenyl FF, and contains a hydrophobic ligand on the surface, which is phenyl, and is particularly suitable for fine separation and purification of biomolecules with general hydrophobicity such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines and VLP particles.
