TA-Phenyl FF (LS) is a medium made by low substitution (low sub) coupling of phenyl hydrophobic groups on a 6% agarose base frame. The agarose compound has excellent hydrophilicity and porous structure, which makes it suitable for the isolation and purification of recombinant proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and nucleic acids, and other biomolecules with weak hydrophobicity.
