TA-Octyl HP hydrophobic medium has a highly cross-linked agarose framework, which retains the excellent hydrophilicity and pore structure of natural polysaccharide compounds, and has excellent compatibility with biomolecules. TA-Octyl HP has an average particle size of 34 μm, which provides high resolution efficiency compared to TA-Octyl 4FF, and contains a hydrophobic ligand on the surface, which is an octyl group, making it particularly suitable for the Fine separation and purification of moderately hydrophobic biomolecules such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines and VLP particles.
