TA-GF30 is a resin with highly crosslinked agarose backbone and crosslinked dextran filler, with an average particle size of 34µm, which combines the high selectivity of dextran and the physical properties of agarose, with high resolution, high hardness, small change of the column bed with the concentration of the buffer solution, stable chemistry, low non-specific adsorption, high recovery, easy to scale up, and is a good choice for fine purification.
