TA-Butyl HP has a highly cross-linked agarose base frame, which retains the excellent hydrophilicity and pore structure of natural polysaccharide compounds, and has excellent compatibility with biomolecules. TA-Butyl HP has an average particle size of 34 μm, which provides high resolution efficiency compared to TA-Butyl 4FF, and contains a hydrophobic ligand on the surface, which is a butyl group, and is particularly suitable for the Fine separation and purification of highly hydrophobic biomolecules such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines and VLP particles.
