TA-ANX 4FF(HS) is a weak anion exchange medium formed by coupling diethylaminopropyl to high flow rate agarose microspheres. This coupling chemistry enables the resin to withstand the harsh conditions of sterilization and CIP processes. The lower agarose content in the TA-ANX 4FF(HS) matrix compared to other FF-type ion exchange resins results in higher porosity, making TA-ANX 4FF(HS) particularly suitable for purification of high molecular weight proteins.

  • Matrix Agarose
  • Bead Structure 4FF
  • Functional Group Diethylaminopropyl
  • Separation Mode Ion Exchange
  • Agarose Concentration 4%
  • Avg. Particle Size 90µm
  • Max. Pressure 0.3MPa
  • pH Range 3-13
